An update from our hotels

Following the most recent Government announcement, we can confirm that we have been placed into Tier Two and therefore we will be opening our doors on Thursday 3rd December as planned.
Our reservations teams are in and available to take new bookings, we will of course postpone or refund any deposits if the government guidance means that we cannot accommodate your reservation.
We recognise the uncertainty and concern that Coronavirus (COVID-19) may be causing and the preservation of the health, wellbeing and safety of our guests and team members has remained our top priority. We have every confidence in our team delivering a safe operation through social distancing and exemplary hygiene and we are excited to be welcoming guests back to the hotels once again.
