An update from our hotels

After the recent roadmap was announced by the government, we are delighted that we can finally say we look forward to you joining us from 17th May.
If you have a reservation that will be affected, please get in touch with our reception teams to rearrange. Please bear with us at this time as we are operating on reduced staff and working as best we can to process all bookings.
If you have a reservation through a 3rd party site like Wowcher or Groupon etc, we will be extending all vouchers until August 2021 subject to the 3rd party’s approval. Please get in touch with your voucher provider prior to rearranging with us to ensure your voucher will still be valid.
We are hoping to begin our pre-booked wedding show round appointments from 29th March, however, we are just waiting on confirmation for this. If you would like some more details on our weddings, please get in touch with our wedding team on PCWeddings@bhguk.com
