ENTRIES AND ELIGIBILITY

1.       The competition is open to UK residents aged 18 and over. The competition is not open to employees of the Boutique Hotels Group or their immediate family members.
2.       To enter the competition, entrants sign up to the Boutique Hotel Group App between the 4th April 2025 and the 12th April 2025 (inclusive).
3.       Responsibility will not be accepted for incomplete, uncontactable or incorrect entries, or those entries that are not in accordance with these terms will be disqualified.
4.       Only one paper entry is permitted per person. We shall reserve the right to disqualify any entry if, in our reasonable opinion, we believe that the entrant has submitted an excessive number of entries.

SELECTING THE WINNER

5.       The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries in after the closing date of 12th April 2025, and will be contacted as soon as possible thereafter.
6.       If the winner: cannot be contacted or successful contact is not made within a reasonable time period, fails to meet any of the eligibility requirements, or is otherwise unable to comply with these terms and conditions (or the event terms and conditions), it may result in forfeiture of the prize. The Boutique Hotels Group reserves the right to disqualify that entrant (without further liability to that entrant) and offer the prize to the next eligible entrant and thereafter until a winner is found.

1. 7.   The name of the winner will be made available on request in writing to Boutique Hotel Group Head Office, Peckforton Castle, Stone House Lane, Tarporley, CW6 9TN

THE PRIZE

The prize is an overnight stay for 2 at either Peckforton Castle, Nunsmere Hall or Inglewood Manor. The details the prize at each venue at the time of writing is as set out below, (however this may be subject to change)

1. 8. Peckforton castle – An overnight stay for 2 in a classic room, dinner in the 2010 brasserie (£20 credit per person) and breakfast the following morning.
   9. Nunsmere Hall – An overnight stay for 2 in a deluxe double room, dinner in the Captain’s Bar (£20 credit per person) and breakfast the following morning.
   10. Inglewood manor – An overnight stay in a cosy double room, dinner in the restaurant (£20 credit per person) and breakfast the following morning.
   11. The prize is valid for use until 31st December 2025. All bookings are subject to availability of specific dates at each hotel and exclude all bank holidays, bank holiday weekends, and weekends.
   12. The winner may upgrade to a package with a value above the value of the prize, however the winner will be solely responsible for all costs over the prize value limit, as well as for all costs payable to third parties. If the package booked by the winner is less than the prize value, the winner will not be entitled to the remainder of the prize value in any form (cash or a cash equivalent).
   13. The prize is non-transferable and the winner must be either a bride or groom in the wedding party. There is no cash alternative. No purchase necessary.

BOOKING

14.   The prize must be booked within 4 weeks of notification of the winner.
15. The Booking will be subject to the usual terms and conditions applicable to hotel bookings.
