Late Availability Wedding Offers

ENTRIES AND ELIGIBILITY

1.       The competition is open to UK residents aged 18 and over who are legally entitled to enter into a marriage or civil partnership. Entrants may not be already married or in a civil partnership, as the competition is not open for vow renewal ceremonies or celebrations. The competition is not open to employees of the Boutique Hotels Group or their immediate family members.
2.       To enter the competition, entrants sign up to the competition mailing list between 22^nd December and 31^st December 2024 (inclusive). The competition is not open to entrants who have an existing wedding booking with any Boutique Hotels Group property.
3.       Responsibility will not be accepted for incomplete, uncontactable or incorrect entries, or those entries that are not in accordance with these terms will be disqualified.
4.       Only one paper entry is permitted per wedding party. We shall reserve the right to disqualify any entry if, in our reasonable opinion, we believe that the entrant has submitted an excessive number of entries.

SELECTING THE WINNER

5.       The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries in after the closing date of 31^st December 2024, and will be contacted by phone as soon as possible thereafter.
6.       If the winner: cannot be contacted or successful contact is not made within a reasonable time period, fails to meet any of the eligibility requirements, or is otherwise unable to comply with these terms and conditions (or the event terms and conditions), it may result in forfeiture of the prize. The Boutique Hotels Group reserves the right to disqualify that entrant (without further liability to that entrant) and offer the prize to the next eligible entrant and thereafter until a winner is found.

THE PRIZE

Thee prize is a wedding package for up to 50 persons at either Peckforton Castle, Nunsmere Hall or Inglewood Manor. The details the prize at each venue at the time of writing is as set out below, (however this may be subject to change)

1. 8. Peckforton castle – use of 2 function rooms, the long gallery and bar until midnight. Use of the Wine Cellar resident’s bar until 1am (drinks not included). Wessex drinks package for up to 50 people (includes 2 glasses sparkling wine and half a bottle of house white or red wine per person). Wessex 3 course wedding breakfast for up to 50 people. Classic comfort evening buffet for up to 50 people. Bridal suite for wedding night.
   9. Nunsmere Hall – Exclusive hire of Nunsmere Hall , marquee and gardens. Mary drinks package for up to 50 people ( includes 1 glass of sparkling wine for the drinks reception , 2 glasses of house red or white wine for the meal and 1 glass of sparkling wine for the toast), Mary wedding breakfast package for up to 50 ( 3 course sit down meal), bespoke evening buffet of bacon and sausage baps with potato wedges for up to 50 people, 1 bedroom for the night prior to the wedding and the bridal suite the night of the wedding. Use of the Captain’s Bar from midnight for wedding guests staying in the hotel  (drinks not included).
   10. Inglewood manor – Exclusive use of Inglewood Manor. Drinks package for up to 50 guests, a three course wedding breakfast for up to 50 guests, evening buffet for up to 50 guests, honeymoon suite for night of wedding and  bedroom for the night prior to the wedding.
   11. The prize is valid for use until 31st December 2025. All bookings are subject to availability of specific dates at each hotel and exclude all bank holidays and bank holiday weekends, and the following dates: Saturday 13th December, Saturday 20th December and Saturday 27th December 2025.
   12. The winner may upgrade to a package with a value above the value of the prize, however the winner will be solely responsible for all costs over the prize value limit, as well as for all costs payable to third parties. If the package booked by the winner is less than the prize value, the winner will not be entitled to the remainder of the prize value in any form (cash or a cash equivalent). Any additional costs and expenses incurred in planning, executing and attending the wedding will remain the responsibility of the winner.
   13. The prize is non-transferable and the winner must be either a bride or groom in the wedding party. There is no cash alternative. No purchase necessary.

BOOKING

14.   The prize must be booked within 4 weeks of notification of the winner. The procedure for booking the wedding will be detailed at time of awarding the prize, and includes sending us a completed and signed event Booking Form, the hotel accepting the booking.
15.   The Booking will be subject to the usual terms and conditions applicable to event bookings, and a booking can only be accepted, and a date confirmed, on receipt of the signed event Booking Form.
