Full wedding terms & conditions must be read and signed on acceptance of prize (available on request) particular attention drawn to the following points:

On acceptance of the prize, we grant You and the Guests a non-exclusive licence to use the Premises on the Date.

• This licence only allows you and the Guests to use the Premises for lawful and proper activities connected with the Event.
• This licence will last only for the Date unless express permission is given by Us for You to perform any preparatory work setting up for the Event prior to the Date.
• The licence to use the Premises shall be a non-exclusive one which will last for the Date only
• We shall be entitled to refuse entry to the Premises to You or any Guest or to ask You or any Guest to leave the Premises if, in our reasonable opinion, You or any of Your Guests are acting in any manner, or are likely to act in a manner, which we deem inappropriate.

The following provisions of this clause apply to You and Your Guests, and it is your sole responsibility to inform your guests of the application of this clause. You undertake to us (on behalf of You

and/or Your Guests):

• Not to do anything that might damage the reputation of Us or Our business;
• to use the Premises only for the purpose of staging the Event;
• not to cause any damage to the Premises;to treat Us, Our staff and agents with respect and courtesy;
• to provide Us with whatever reasonable information and assistance We may require in order to deal with the Event;
• to ensure that any information that you give Us is accurate;
• to pay Us any money We are owed on time, in full and in cleared funds;
• to use your best endeavours to ensure that the Guests behave in an appropriate manner;
• to take out wedding insurance with a reputable insurer which provides You with an appropriate amount and value of insurance cover in relation to the Event and its cancellation.

All final details regarding the Event must be provided to Us by not later than 6 or earlier than 8 calendar weeks prior to the Date. Details provided at this time will be deemed to be final and can be revised only with Our written consent.

It is Your responsibility to notify Us as soon as reasonably practicable of any changes to information You have provided to Us.

All details about the Event must be approved by Us. If We have not agreed to it then You do not have permission to do it.

Social Media Terms and Conditions 

1. The promoter is: The Boutique Hotel Group Ltd (company number: 05759775) whose registered office is at Peckforton Castle, Stone House Lane, Cheshire CW6 9TN.
2. The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over except employees of The Boutique Hotel Group Ltd and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.
3. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
4. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

11. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.

The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

14. The winner will be notified by DM on Instagram/Facebook within 28 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
15. The promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected.
16. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
